The 2026 season at Dandy Horse is a time of significant changes and optimization. We carefully listen to your feedback, follow market trends, and constantly work on upgrading our offer. This year, we focused on simplifying the choice, increasing durability, and introducing models that set new standards in their categories. We proudly present our latest lineup.

Fewer dilemmas, lighter rims, and a higher weight limit

We have simplified this year’s offer by providing road and gravel wheels built exclusively on our top-tier, lightened rim version with a characteristic engraving (these are the equivalents of the highly acclaimed ARV and GRV models from 2025). You no longer have to choose between lower weight and standard finish – from now on, every carbon option is premium class.

Our approach to spoke selection has also changed. While last year we built individual variants separately on round Sapim Race spokes, and others on flat CX-Sprint spokes (GR 30, GRX 30, GRV 30, GR 45, GRX 45, GRV 45, and previously Hyperion 30 and Hyperion 45), in the 2026 season we have merged all these variants. In every model, you will now find a simple choice during configuration: the Standard version (based on round, butted spokes) and Aero (using flat spokes).

Thanks to a comprehensive redesign, the use of new proportions of carbon fiber types, and the appropriate distribution of material in the bead hooks, the central part of the profile, and the spoke bed, we have achieved an impressive result. Currently, all basic version road and gravel models have a weight limit of up to 130 kg for the rider with the bike and luggage (while maintaining a lower weight than last year’s models!). Detailed information about how our rims are made can be found on a dedicated subpage.

Breakthrough carbon gravel wheels: GRX 40 and GRX 52

Riding on gravel requires gear that can withstand anything. Our new gravel wheels are the answer to the most demanding needs. The GRX 40 model, with an optimal internal width of 27 mm and a profile height of 40 mm, is our foundational, bulletproof wheelset in this category. Just like the 2025 models, it has been equipped with our proprietary, reinforced Double Hook, which minimizes the risk of damaging the tire and rim when bottoming out while riding at low pressures.

However, the real star of this year’s collection is the GRX 52 model. These are wide hooked carbon gravel wheels that provide an alternative to the Zipp 303 XPLR SW wheels, which are only available in a hookless version. The GRX 52 combines aerodynamics and comfort with the safety of a classic hooked rim, allowing for the secure seating of wide gravel tires. Complementing the gravel lineup for those seeking budget-friendly, proven solutions is the reliable GR 20 model on aluminum rims.

Road and MTB – Speed and featherweight

In the road category, we focus on aerodynamics and low weight. The versatile ARX 48 are designed for comfortably covering long distances, maintaining exemplary stiffness and stability in crosswinds. The racing ARX 55 are road wheels created for shaving off seconds during races and on local segments.

For off-road enthusiasts, we have prepared uncompromising MTB wheels. Our carbon XC 30 model for this year impresses with its weight – the wheelset weighs from just 1195 g, making it one of the lightest choices in its class. The rims weigh 270 g with an internal width of 30 mm. Just as with the gravel lineup, the mountain offer is complemented by a solid aluminum variant – the XC 25 model.

Hubs, axle standards, and DT Swiss dynamo

Reliable hubs remain the heart of our wheels. We consistently offer you a choice of three carefully selected models, including the iconic DT Swiss 350 and 240 in an elegant stealth version. The default axle standard for road and gravel models is 12×100 mm front and 12×142 mm rear, while for MTB wheels we use the classic Boost.

We know, however, that bikes can have different standards. That’s why in 2026, we introduced modification packages. If you have a 15×100 mm front axle, need wheels for traditional QR skewers, or would like us to build any wheelset (road or gravel) based on a DT Swiss dynamo hub – simply add the appropriate modification package to your cart.
