All prices in the Dandy Horse online store are expressed in PLN or EUR and include VAT. Proof of purchase is attached to every shipment. In the case of a purchase requiring a VAT invoice, it is necessary to mark it in advance in the order form.<\/p>\n

The base currency of Dandy Horse is the Polish z\u0142oty. Prices in euros are automatically converted using the current exchange rate. Exchange rate updates occur every hour, so in the event of sudden fluctuations in currency markets, the price in euros of a given wheel model may change even several times in one day.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Orders are accepted only via the Dandy Horse online store form. Orders containing errors or incomprehensible information will not be processed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next working day. 5.1. Orders will be delivered to the Buyer’s address on the order form. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the Dandy Horse online store reserves the right to charge the Buyer with additional costs resulting from the need to re-ship the goods.<\/p>\n

Possible forms of order receipt:
\na. Shipping via a courier company.
\nb. Personal pickup at the company’s stationary store after prior appointment.<\/p>\n

5.2. The deadline for the delivery of ordered goods in Poland is up to 10 business days, counting from the first business day after the payment is credited, both in the case of a bank transfer and by a credit card payment. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time after prior notice to the buyer. Dandy Horse Rafa\u0142 Hornberger is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from the courier company’s fault through which the shipment was made.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The buyer has the right to choose one of the available payment methods. It is necessary to mark the selected form of payment on the order form.<\/p>

6.1. Advance payment to the bank account – please make a transfer to the account number provided in the e-mail within 5 days of placing the order. After this date, the order is automatically canceled. The order will be processed after receiving the payment.<\/p>

The entity providing online payment services is PayU.<\/p>

6.3. Payment through installments implemented by Credit Agricole. APRC 0% installments are available when the payment is spread over 10 installments. 7. RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All goods from the dandyhorse.cc store offer are covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n

7.1. The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment or collection in a stationary store. In the case of a return, the goods must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased – unused, with all additional elements, in the original packaging, without any traces of mounting components (e.g. cassette, discs, tires, tubes, valves, counter magnet and others) and with a wheel passport and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The shipment must be accompanied by a completed return form proving that the equipment has been returned in accordance to the rules and provide the buyer’s exact details along with the bank account number to which the money is to be sent. The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. The costs of returning the goods to our company’s headquarters are not refundable. If the above conditions are not met, Dandy Horse reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods.<\/p>\n

7.2. In the event of a manufacturing defect of the goods, please send it at your own expense to the address of the company’s registered office with the wheel passport and complaint letter. To consider the complaint, it is also necessary to send a wheel passport and proof of purchase in the Dandy Horse store and the goods under the complaint. The complaint will be processed within 14 days of delivery. After acknowledging the complaint, Dandy Horse undertakes to deliver the goods with the defect removed at its own expense. We do not accept any shipments returned to us at our expense.<\/p>\n

7.3. Goods damaged by the user’s fault are not subject to complaint or return. In the event of an unjustified complaint or return that does not comply with the conditions set out in pont 7.1. of these Terms, the goods will be sent back to the Buyer at their expense.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The administrator of the Buyer’s personal data collected via the Online Store is the Seller. Buyers’ personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store are collected – in accordance with the Buyer’s will – only for the purpose of implementing the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of Electronic Services within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 “on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). The Buyer has the right to access, correct and delete their data. A request for this may be submitted in electronic form via e-mail to info@dandyhorse.cc<\/p>\n

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide personal data necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this agreement.
