Wheel passport

We include a small but very important booklet with each set of wheels, which we call the wheel passport. It contains technical and formal information about the wheels you purchased. We encourage you to read it thoroughly, as it is in your best interest.

On the third page, you’ll find the “Specification” section, which should be filled out by the wheel seller. It’s crucial to enter the name of the first owner, as only they are entitled to crash replacement and warranty benefits. The fourth page contains the instructions, which must be strictly followed. Next is the warranty card, which outlines the warranty terms. Immediately after that is the service booklet. Make sure that any repairs carried out outside of Dandy Horse are documented there by the service technician.

Maintaining the Lifetime Warranty and Crash Replacement Eligibility:

  • Properly complete the wheel passport.
  • Adhere to the instructions.
  • Record all repairs in the service booklet.
